So this boy has buffalo horns and is a chimera brindle with paint patterns. He's from the North American plains rivers, like the Missouri or Mississippi River. Hence his cattle-like coloration :3
No image was heavily referenced, however, I did look up 'brindle cows' and base the brindling off of the images I found.
Oh! I forgot, he has heterochromia of the eyes. One blue eye (left) and one green (right). It is genetic and can be passed down to his offspring with a 50% chance of heredity. Non-affected offspring have a 25% chance of passing it to their offspring.
EDIT: NOTE. The above comment is not saying that he WILL have offspring, (he is not a real finned otter and therefore cannot breed) it is just detailing what could happen if he COULD breed.
