There....

You got a black face, white markings and stripes, alone with side, belly, and tail stripes. You have a loose wrist charm, a ear cuff with dangling gold chaines and studs. Last but not least, two blue-dark blue feathers.

Thought it might look best simpler, and on these lines.

I made it a regular wolf because horse tails are too common and stringy, and bob tails don't give much for design. Curly tail would look funny, and yeah.... you get what I'm selling.
