Working on this little guy here; he's gonna be splendid the way I see him in my head.

I might add a few things on, but I rather like him as he is right now.
EDIT(2)-//Changed the scarf a little bit, made it look more spacey. X3

I'm just gonna quote this though:

- You may NOT use the items Stormbringer has done for the lines, I don't want to see characters with the same items, I find it boring. Using Socks and Scarfs are fine ^^

I made it kind of similar, but changed it up a bit, and I tweaked the scarf a little.
