This is Rocky Road. His parents gave him that name, expecting him to become an ice cream-making pony like themselves. He goes by Rocky now, given that he's not an ice cream pony. He's very organized, and great at making any place spotless, hence his cutie mark. He met Sky Rise one day when he was out cleaning up litter from a local park. He would never admit it, but over the years he developed a crush on her. Sadly, he was only ever her friend, and it has stayed that way since.
I'm sure if he fits your fancy, he could be renamed and his backstory could be rebuilt. He's the second pony I've ever drawn so sorry if he looks a little off. hhh I want him but that's alright cx
