New character. She is made entirely of icy colors and her cutie mark is a frozen thunderbolt. Her talent is creating hail by using her horn to freeze lightning-bolts, so she has to be a weather pony, thus the wings, as weak as they are, they get her as far as she wishes, just not as fast.

Not necessarily a weak flyer.. I mean, she's pretty tough when it comes to flying, she just isn't fast. They are butterfly. I planned on changing them but it kinda grew on me so I modified it. She's blind in one eye, the other is just fine. Yes the shinier one works perfectly and the blue one is blind. Her cutie mark represents the thunderboltish bangs of hers. Hair always covers her blind eye and she hovers very easily, hardly ever on the ground.
