Ok, so at first, it was a light grey/blue roan. Then I finger smudged it to a blue/black and added dark blue to see some of it's shadings and lines. Hope you like it!

Horses can have a blue tint in different lightings. I'm truly sorry it broke the rule but horses can look like this.

The top one has a purple/blue tint, bottom Is a dark blue roan.

I think it needs bright markings. It's beautiful though, I'd adopt.
