Here is the pony without her mane/tail so you the complete design.

So I should probably explain it to you now on this thread.

The little white glowing specks on her left foreleg are the constellations 'ursa minor' and 'ursa major'.
Her cutie mark is the constellation 'pegasus'.
The glowing specks on her wings and face are the constellation 'queen'. (to know why see the history on the original post)
The other specks on the inside of her right foreleg form the constellation 'swan' and are a tattoo given to her at birth.

The swirl under her eye represents a cluster of stars and the gray spots around her other eye symbolize planets.

The reason for the dark blue beneath most of the constellations is like the night sky. When the stars are added it becomes a star map that she can read to tell the future, find other ponies' destinies and anything else you can imagine.
