I had to. The oceany-ness made me do it. Okay, now for the explanation of colors and so on.
The vivid blue on the head is for the clear blue waters you see in tropical, warm islands (i.e. Hawaii, Tahiti, Bora Bora, etc.). The lighter parts on it is like the sunlight viewed from underwater.
The gray-blue for the spikes/whatevers is kind of like the ocean/sea/lake/whatever on a rainy day. It seems more gray and clouded.
The green-blue on the neck is for the green-blue water of the ocean's depths. The dark blue-green streaks are sort of like seaweed.
The crystal blue of the eyes, under-eye marking, and antennae is sort of like the bright blue of water in the sun. The darker parts swirled into the eye are like the churning waters of a storm.

I also love this

If you read the critique on your first entry, it applies here, too. You've captured underwater beauty

Just keep in mind that improvement. you're very talented.

"Why does everybody have to fight about everything, argue and steal from each other
all the time? I mean, it's a big enough world. Why can't we share it? Wolves and humans
and birds and flowers living together as equals? If we all got to Paradise, that's how it
would be, wouldn't it?" —Toboe, Wolf's Rain
