I like simple dresses, and love, love, love precious gemstones. Slip-ons and simple crowns are really cute to me, and since Naria already wears earrings, why not a gemstone for that? I like using small amounts of sheer fabric, too. Sparkles!
Tried not to make it too girly, and only used colours on your black list twice, for the chrysoberyl and diamond. I suppose this would be more of my pony's style, but it would sure look cute on Naria.

On Chest: ruby brooch, sheer fabric.
On Hooves: chrysoberyl, silver slip-ons.
