This is my entry for this awesome contest!

Its definitely not the best entry but i did try really hard <3
I tried to do the tealish pattern and the long wavy hair and neon streaks like you likes.. tried to do a hoodie (my first one ever) and tried to make birdish looking wings. I made a few pieces of jewelry: silver stud, earring, and bracelets and a blue opal stud with a few robin feathers here and there :-3
You can ignore the face XP (the face only part above)

I tried to make the eyes have some gradient...
Tried to make a music notes on the bars as her cutie mark...
Tried to make a little fun thing on here hooves...
