So,I pretty much love this design.
I was really frustrated by the goggles but I think they turned out ok, especially for my first try.
The belt thing on the arm is used for transporting letters (if need be) and other items. Small bags for precious cargo can be attacked to it. I designed this with a female in mind but you can pick the gender, as it doesn't really look feminine. You can also pick the name and personality but (if I may be so bold as to offer my suggestions) I think it should have a strong personality, no shyness involved. This dog's character should be strong, adaptable, and efficient.
