First, while you are in an oekaki drawing board, up top it says "view" click on it and it gives a menu. Click on "Floating mode." This will bring your art outside the oekaki frame and make it much easier to move around and zoom and such. Before you save, click the x in the top right corner so it minimizes back to the oekaki. Make sure you click the correct X though so you don't close your browser page instead of the maximized oekaki screen. Once it is back minimized, you can hit save and it will save.
Second, over on the right in your oekaki board is a button that says lock alpha. If you notice on this wolf, there is already color layer. If you press the little "lock alpha" button (color it in by clicking on it.) , you can color it any color you want and it will stay inside the lines.
Third, you have your main body wolf with the marking on the right eye, but your head shot wolf has the marking on the left eye. Also about the marking, on the head shot you have it going across the bridge of the wolf's nose, but on your body shot the marking goes down the cheek nowhere near the bridge of the nose. Both should be easy to correct, just color it back in black and color the right eye instead.
Fourth, and this will help you for future art. At the bottom of the part that says layers if you hit the + sign, you add a layer, then double click on where it says "Layer 2" and retitle it markings. That way you can make your markings on a seperate layer and edit them however you want. Remember to unlock alpha if you want to start a new layer or it won't color.
I hope this helps for your future art. Also, don't worry about mouse, you'll get used to it... look at my own gallery because I've never had a tablet or anything but a mouse.
