Would I be allowed THE DESIGNS (not the actual tempestine) for a character? Kiley said, ''I'd prefer if you didn't keep your designs if you don't win'', so if this is a problem, then nevermind. c: I mean, I don't see why not, I only wanted them as normal horse charrs

I have no idea, but honestly I think it's somewhat unfair to tell someone they can't keep something they designed. If you'd like one as a horse char, just tell me!
