Its a Mecca Droid Dragon (robot/Living)

It is made of metal
On its chest it has a control panel with blinking lights
Its eyes are like flashlights
it is missing a leg and the inner workings are exposed up to the joint of the leg.
Its wings are made from clear red carbon fiber like material
Its claws are knifes
its horns are actually antennae for receiving commands and sending information.
