Why do you want to be an artist?: these are the cutest furriest babies ever
Please explain what the design was and what it is based off of.: it shows the love of the earth towards differences. (note that i said differences because normally you see roses intertwined on whatever but these are instead poppies)
2 facts about the Hane-Shiri: males have longer horns and females have fluffier tails

This is really pretty and does get the natural part across. The nice earth toned shades is very well~
Of course, you said the poppies were a bit messy, maybe, you could look at some images of poppys and get a natural idea of what they lok like then draw them, it might give you a better result~
Overall, I like the nice shades of brown, maybe a bit more design~

Your very welcome. And I'm good:) What about you? As you can see I changed my writing color, since it used to always be light blue;) And I've been thinking about doing some art of your fursona lately but I haven't had much time with the computer, and I've been doing almost everything from my phone, and of course I can't draw in the oekaki with my phone ^_^ But when I get the chance I'll definitely make some art of her if you don't mind? Then I'll PM you when I'm done. We haven't talked in so long!.

And by the way (don't wanna get in rouble for getting to off topic;) are these Hane-Shiri's that are being made for the artist compatition thing, are they allowed to be adopted, or kept like as a character or anything like that?

umm i think it says that they can't be adopted but i can ask if they can be kept as characters. (love the knew color!! i'm thinking of changing my fusona and right now i have a ref of my new fursona, Natasha 'Natie' Rachael Keystone

Ok, everyone, this is how it'll go.
I've been asked by some people if they can keep their entries as Hane-Shiri. Sadly, the answer is no. You can keep the design, but they cannot stay as Hane-Shiri.
If you'd like me to explain about the reason then PM me and I will explain.
You can keep the design and when customs open, pay for it and have it done as a Hane-shiri~
