These two boys are Jareth and Shetan. They finally found each other, and are ready to get one step further. As I try to keep them as realistic as possible, they can not have cubs together. So they are searching for a cub in need of a loving home. And I am in need of someone to design them.
To state it clearly once more. I want them to adopt a cub, not have one together. One of them might be the real parent, but I actually prefer if neither is.

So I ask you to:
- design one or more cubs for the boys to adopt
- feel free to take ONE of the boys designs as inspiration
- feel free to use all natural colours or mix in unnatural ones
- feel free to edit lines as you see fit or use completely different lines
- ask anything you need to know

I will pick one or more cubs to keep. Of course there are prices for the winners of the cubs im keeping.
If I dont like enough entries, prices may not be given out. But you will keep your design then.

1st Place:

Here are my likes and dislikes in lion designs, just to give you some more inspiration.

Likes:
- natural colours (anything you can imagine seeing in a lion king movie/series)
- small unnatural parts (lets be honest, the boys arent completely natural either)
-> that can include markings and colours
- simple designs (I want to be able to draw them ToT)
- darker body with lighter mane
- typical lion king markings (belly, eyes, mouth, back stripe, ...)
- unusual eye colours
- cubs that look completely different from the boys

Dislikes:
- more than 80% unnatural fur colour (especially if its pink...)
- pink... its okay sometimes, but it really depends...
- snout the same colour as rest of the fur
(seen it once on a TLK style lion and it freaked my out... dont even know why...)
- cubs that look like a mix between the boys
- cant think of anything more actually...

This little soft design caught my heart in the second I saw it. I loved all your designs, but this one just stood out to me. I already have ideas for him and the boys. Thank you so much for entering.

2nd place goes to:
Alizba with the grey and dark freckled girl.
I just saw Jareth trying to clean her, realising after hours, that she is not dirty but its her colour. I had so much fun with this idea, I needed to award second place. Thank you so much for entering.

He was the first entry and I immediately clicked with him. He just fits in perfectly in the semi realistic, simple designs I love. Thank you so much for entering.

sammpup with the cub that reminded me of different stone layers (bottom right).
I was simply fascinated. I love collecting gems and stones, and that cub reminded me so much of it. I need to reward it fourth place.

I will get back to all contest entrants again as there are more cubs Id love to keep. Ill be going to ask about prices/or make offers. You all did an amazing job, and I regreted having only 4 places immediately. Thats why I kept adding pets to the price pool and making designs. Thank you everyone for entering. You made it hard for me to choose, and I basically love all your entries <3
