tldr, every month the nursery will have 2 (or more, depending on amount of entries/interest) surrogates that can be used for breedings - surrogates will be designed by users in this monthly competition!
winners will receive 1 breeding with the surrogate they designed, which will not count as their free monthly slot. After the month is over, the creators of the winning surrogates will be given the option to keep the surrogate they created as a real Return cat!
