Welcome to the Artist Search!
here, you may color in the lines to show your skills and understanding of markings and ARPG genetics.

a few guidelines:
- no covers please!
- use the color sliders linked in the genetics guide above for your base color, eye color, and skin color.
- use natural colors for the markings, and follow what the marking guide says- if its a dark marking, then make sure it is darker than the base color!
- if you are stumped on what kind of genotype to use, feel free to use the geno roller to grab one. Make sure you correspond the genes to the correct phenotypes!
- under each entry, please list the genotype/phenotype used.
- do not use these lines for anything other than entries! no adopts or coloring in your character, etc.

and some tips!
common things i see many potential artists caught up on.

- recolor the lines.

- recolor the sclera.

- phenotypes are listed like so:
(size) (modifiers) (base color) with (markings)
here is a color coordinated example- red for base color, green for modifiers, blue for markings and orange for size.

- red, fennec, arctic and dark are the names of the base colors. please use the names, and not the descriptions (orange, sandy, white and black).

- making at least two entries will help me get a better idea of your skills as an artist.

- if you're stumped on how a marking should look, feel free to browse the official adopts for examples of the marking you are fighting with.
