-You can make as many entries as you'd like, but I ask if you plan to do a lot, use a cover.
-If I like your designs, I will comment on them to tell you that you're accepted as an artist.
-This will always be open, I'd love to add more artists.
-If you become an artist, you can keep an entry as a custom or make a new custom for yourself.

If you don't use the oekaki, you'll have to draw it yourself as I don't have any lines off of the oekaki. But, yes, you can use something else
