What is the Egg Rescuing about?
During the summer time many eggs are being washed ashore. Nobody know why exactly this happens but this phenomenon only occours during summer. If you wander along the beaches you might be able to spot a GoS egg laying under some algae. Of course those eggs are not able to survive off water. Therefore if you find and egg you might bring it to one member of our staff team and we will try our best to save this little creature as we know what is needed to hatch a GoS egg. But we might not save every single found egg...
Rules for "Egg Searchers":
Basically you design the egg you found. Therefore you have no limits set, well the color(s) have to match with the species specific ones. That means only natural horse coat colors as basic and unnatural markings are allowed. No Rares this time aka no unnatural basic colored ones or chimeras. If you are unsure what is Rare and what now, please check out the Official Topic.
- You may only design one egg, and one only.
- Be sure to follow the offical coat colors.
- Please state somewhere in your entry which coat color it is supposed to be.
- You may not add items/make line edits.
- It's up to the artists if they want to care about the egg and make it hatch.
They have artistic freedom and decide on their own how the grown up GoS looks like in the end.
Please remember that this event does not give you the posssibilty to obtain a custom. All created designs are just an inspiration for the artists - we want you guys to decide what you want to see in the specie, like a specific coat color or a type of markings.
All chosen designs by the artists will go up for adoption and everybody can try for them.
And please do not whine if your design havent been chosen. This is event is not about re-creating every single egg but to kind of bring the GoS back to life and let the users help us with this by showing us what they'd want to see within the species.
We are helpful for every helping hand!

You can chose any design(s) you feel connected with and feel like you'd be able to re-create it. Of course you dont have to re-create the design exactly; you have to freedom to change the design to your likings but be sure to keep related to the given coat color and markings color/style. If you want to care for an egg and help it hatch please state so on the eggs site, so we dont get any trouble by double re-creating an egg. If you've claimed one egg re-draw the design as a Grown Up in the official lines and put the finished GoS up for adoption. You have the freedom to decide over the gender and the method how the GoS should be adopted out.
Please only claim as many eggs as you can handle. You have no limit on how many eggs you can re-create but I'd like to see every artists at least a bit active here. c:
