Cracked Dragons

This is a competition for my newly opened Adoption Centre - Cracked Dragon Adopts.
Please read the description and the artist rules.
All Cracked Dragons are different, as in their crystals have formed in different ways.
You must know how to draw/shade crystals as well as wolves.
You may make as many entries as you wish.
No Cracked Dragons you make will be owned by anybody - except in the case that you win.
I suggest reading the history aswell on the CD Adopts page.
If you cannot stick to the Artist rules please do not bother entering, it's a waste of time for both you and me.
You may add more colours/take away colours from the colour palette. (Colour it in and you'll see what I mean)
What's above are the birthmarks, please make sure all your entries have atleast one birthmark.
Tips on Success
Have a complex/appealing design. Your colours shouldn't clash, unless it's with the birthmark.
The only point of the birthmark is it standing out. It does not matter if it isn't actually on the opposite side of the colour wheel according to the base colour, if the whole CD is light blue and the markings light purple, you can just put dark blue/purple down instead of red.
Birthmarks can be rotated, flipped or mirrored. Nor does it matter how small or big they are.
Try to fit the birthmarks into the design.
Keep the use of the airbrush/smudging tool to a minimum. It should not be used on your whole design. Only on little parts of it. E.g. making something "glow."
Show me what you can do! Make multiple entries and make them spectacular!
Don't be afraid to be creative, think how far you can go on the crystals. Crystal angel wings, crystal body parts, etc.
The more CLEAN line-edits you do the more chance you have of winning.
Again C-L-E-A-N line-edits. I cannot stress this enough.
I'm going to need somebody who can really stick to the 1 CD a week rule. If you're unable to do it because of homework... well the homework isn't going to stop coming is it?

Description:
A Cracked Dragon (CD) is a peaceful beast, and often resides near forests, rivers or lakes, though a few have been seen wandering the desert or wading threw a swamp. Cracked Dragons are often playful creatures now, loving the toys that humans have invented. But they still hunt for food themselves, and refuse to be completely tame.
Every Cracked Dragon has what we would call a birthmark somewhere on their body, and this birthmark's colour is always on the opposite end of the colour wheel according to it's base colour, the shape of the birthmark is a good indicator of what ability the Cracked will have. A Cracked Dragon can channel their power through the crystal on their body's different types of crystal can channel at different strengths.
Though, like all races there are always the defects.

Artists
Artist Rules
1. You must clearly state what power a CD has, as not everyone will be able to spot the birthmark.
2. No 5 minute artworks, I expect a certain degree of professionalism.
3. Reading the Cracked Dragon description is mandatory, as it explained some requirements that most Cracked Dragons have to meet.
4. You must contact me if you wish to make a defected CD.
5. You must always quote the description when posting a Cracked up for adoption, also post a form and an end date.
6. You may come up with a form yourself, though it must include the owner's name and CD name.
7. You may change the colour of the lineart as you wish without my permission.
8. Clearly state what the gender of the CD is, if its undecided say so.
9. When making lineart changes make sure it looks "natural" and fits in with the lineart/shading style.
10. When custom slots are opened I will contact you and ask how many customs you wish to complete.
11. You must create at least one CD a week, at a maximum two.
12. Should you fail to continue making CDs or no longer have the time to you will have to leave CD adopts. I don't need artists who will sit around and do nothing. There is an exception to those who have told me they should be on holidays/sick/in hospital etc.
13. If you no longer want to be an artist you can't just get up and leave, give me one months notice so I can get a new artist in.
14. If an artist wishes to create a stone or diamond CD they must contact me first.
15. You must make a line edit.

Gem Types, Strongest to Weakest
Diamond -Very few remain who have this channelling gem.
Ruby
Sapphire
Emerald
Amber
Opal
Onyx
Stone - Those who have stone cannot channel, though these channelling gems are found on even fewer CDs than the diamonds are.
Types of Power a Cracked Dragon Might Have
Pyro (Can control fire, but it must already be there)
(Sees into the future, usually hurts)
(Can control water, but it must already be there)
(Sends messages through dreams, can only hold for a small amount of time)
(Moves objects with mind, usually light weight)
Telepathic (Can tell what you're thinking, but only when touching you)
(Can bring rain, repel it, or make it hail)
