Hello ^^
Im looking for Artists and Guest Artist for my new Species Kitsumahr ^^
What is a Kitsumahr ?
How do they look like ?
Which Layers/What needs to be edited ?
- The Layers you need to be edit are marked with a • (dot) on the Layers name.
- The Orb glow just needs to be changed to another colour (It would look irritating when a purpleorb had yellow lights, right?)
- The first both Layers are Just for Text like WIP and such and can be removed if not needed
- Please do NOT remove my Sign
- You got 3 BGs to chose from. A pure white one, an purple-bordered one and a nightsky BG. But you can try your own BG in the white one ^^
- Please no Lineart or Shading/Lightning edits! ~ You can change the % thought ^^
- Please make no Pure White or really bright Kitsumahres. You can make them a bit bright but no pastel-colors and such please^^
What are the prizes ?
Winners will be Artists in this adoptable and can take one of their own designs + if they want they can have a Custom with add ons they like ^^ (but please no white Kitsumahres, they should stay rare ^^)
Runner Ups will be Guest Artist and can take one of their own designs OR have a Custom with add ons
All other entrys get an normal Custom ^^
The number of Winners and Runner Ups will depend on how many entrys this competition gets ^^
How many times may i enter ?
You may enter up to 3 times ^^
When does this Artist Competition ends ?

If i like your Lines more than mine i may ask you to use them as main-lineart for this Species. But just when their really good^^ In this Case i will PM you about this matter ^^

Im looking for Artists and Guest Artist for my new Species Kitsumahr ^^
What is a Kitsumahr ?
Kitsumahre are a mix beetween mystical foxes (Kitsune) and the bad spirit Nightmahr (from english nightmare - its told these creatures send bad dreams to humans to suck out there live-energy).
They are said to be really mistfit creatures, that loves to play pranks and send bad dreams to you. Because of this they are hated from the people. But never did the people realize, that Kitsumahre really like bad dreams - but just as food. Kitsumahre feed of the bad dreams from humans, making them to fade away. Because they have mystic powers and a really dark and dangerous look they are misjudged by humans.
Kitsumahre live ther lifes alone, but if they met their mate, they will never part again. Its said that, if the mate of an Kitsumahre dies, he/she will die soon after from the loss of their beloved mate.
Because humans started to chase them, they live now in the deep forests and sometimes even in caves.
Kitsumahre love to use their powers to play little pranks on humans and scare them a bit, but they will never really hurt one, thought. If someonegets hurt by accident from their pranks, they will use their powers to immediatly heal the humans again.
All in one Kitsumahres are really lovely creatures which are just missinterpret by the fearfull humans. Normally their names end of -less
So an Pure white Kitsumahr could be named Moonless, for example.
How do they look like ?
Kitsumahres look a lot like a fox (Kitsune) with long fur. Their tail is long and really fluffy, so they could use them as pillows or to warm themselfs. They have long and small ears with 2 feathers atached to them, which grow right from the head and are half the size of the ears. Two orbs are gravity-atached to each feather. The feathers and all orbs are ever the same color. They have a long mane and on each site of their neck they have a long part of mane which is attached by two orbs, too. They have small wings which reminds of Butterfly-wings. But are not. The shape of the wings remind of Peacock-feathers or Cherry-tree leafes .
Each wing contains of two parts which are gravity attached to two orbs, too.
The most times they have a dark, natural colored fur with some colorful patterns, but sometimes a bright looking one will be born. But thats just happens occasionally and is quite uncommon. Every 1/100 there is a chance for an pure white Kitsumahr to be born. These special Kitsumahres have stronk mystical powers and sometimes they even can bend one of the elements to their will. Pure white Kitsumahrs are only born on new-moon-nights.
Some lucky people who where able to see one of theses rare Kitsumahres thought they saw a ghost, because the white fur shines in the dark new-moon-night.
