Well hello, I am running an artsit competition here for my Western Tessari adopts. Before you decide to enter I want you to keep these things in mind: 'are you online often enough?' 'are your designs good enough?' 'will you be dedicated and be active on the thread?'

There are no likes and dislikes, this isn't a character contest. I also want to see how well you can work without guide lines.

Western Tesarri Adopts
Tesarri are wolf / fox like beings, they are very rarely seen throughout the world, although sightings of them have been reported lately. Tesarri thrive in many conditions, deserts, forests, sometimes mountains. Most commonly you will see them in the desert, they are shy animals and don't come out often. They live alone most of the time, unless with a mate and pups, female Tessari may only breed twice, whereas the males have no limit. Tessari have a very strong mother instinct, they are very protective of their pups, and will rarely leave them alone. When one parent is hunting, the other is guarding the young. Strange thing is, Tessari can climb trees with their claws, they do it for protection, if for example their wings are damaged and they are unable to fly. They can fly very well, very fast, they usually use their wings for hunting. Tesarri come in almost any colours, however neon coats are rarely seen and they cannot have bright yellow, lime green, blood red bases.
Diet
Tesarri are very lucky animals, they have a big selection of what they can eat, so they rarely could starve to death.
1. Small rodents, rats, mice, voles, water voles
2. Almost any type of bird, most commonly pigeon and crow
3. Tesarri can eat a certain type of plant, although its not their favourite, they can eat leaves from willow trees, thanks to that their wings are very healthy.
Abilities and weaknesses
Tesarri can fly very well, they are fast and accurate, they can also blend in quite well with the land, unless they are very brightly coloured. They are very agile hunters, and most commonly use their wings to attack from above. They aren't very well built, strong and stocky but they use their speed and agility in battles. Tesarri are quite helpless, when pinned down, as mentioned they are not very strong, they will probably try to use their wings and tails to distract the enemy.
Features
Long, fluffy tail as a defence weapon and to keep themselves warm
Narrow, fox-like face
Small paws and claws like a cat's
Double pair of wings for easier, faster flight
Large ears for good hearing
Rules
Right now there is no limit to how many Tesarri you can own
Female Tesarri may only breed twice
Do not ask to be an artist, if I am searching for artists I shall make it known
Guest artists may make up to three Tesarri, with no line edits
Line edits are rare, but you might occasionally be able to find some
Do not harass any artists here
If you no longer want your Tesarri, PM me so I can put it back up for adoption
You cannot suggest colours for Tesarri
There are no customs
Breedings are not free
Fill out a form on the Tesarri's page to adopt it, there are many different ways, like art, bidding, best name ect.
How to adopt a Tesarri
You will know when a Tesarri is up for adoption, because you will see an 'Adopt Me' sign next to it. You have to fill out the form provided on the page, there are many different ways, like best art, best name, bidding and so on.
