Hi there~
I'm looking for someone to design me a character. I saw some awesome designs that were made here on Oekaki, and decided I'd hold a competition myself ^.^

RULES:

Neon colours
Hot pink (Pale is okay, in moderation)
Sparkledogs
Overcomplicated characters
Too many accessories
