1st-3rd place. I may also choose runner-ups, but if you do not place, you get to keep your art. It is yours to do with as you wish, since it is not an existing species that I have created myself and am having people draw it or me.

Here is my entry. This is a full base made in Paint-Tool Sai.
I can send the entire editable base, or just the lines via PM; whatever is preferred.
In the full version there will be a watermark near the lines of the full-body drawing.

When I created these, I imagined them to be giant celestial creatures who feed on space matter such as rocks/dust/gems and so on. They are able to eat massive amounts at a time, and [thanks to the anatomy of their nasal passages] they are able to breath and swallow simultaneously. What they feed on directly effects the color/texture and luminescence of their skin, so their pallettes can differ greatly. They love warmth and sunlight. During a breeding season, they use their many clawed appendages in fights to impress potential mates along with pretty colorations. Ultimately I'd say they are draconic... but it's up to you, they're also a little alien
