I love the way you drew the eye and how you made the colors match and blend. :3

The background could have used some work, as well as shading. The stars in the background went near the ground, which in reality, does not happen. (As far as I know. xD) Also, the water meeting up with the ground was a bit awkward, but don't worry too much, I couldn't do any better. xD;

that is really helpful. I'm going to mess around with creating bacgrounds... I think if you could see stars if there is no city on the skyline... that would make sense too but hey... I'm still horrible on backgrounds. Thanks again!
