If you have a contest, you have to keep going with it. You can't just cancel it if people entered. -_-

It's true. You can't cancel a contest like that. People spent time on their entries, and deserve to be properly paid for it, even if the owner of the contest cancelled it. She doesn't technically have to hand out the prizes she specified, since she didn't see any that she particularly liked, but she does have to hand out payment to the artists who entered
