if you become a nursery artist, are you required to join the skype chat? and can you request that people only submit tickets of a certain type to you?

Staff doesn't have to be added to the skype chat!
There's a list of non skype staff, and we send them regular announcements and updates!

As for the second question, I'm not sure entirely what you mean by that. To some degree, you're able to request only certain types of tickets.
