since the oekaki is for sharing art made with the oekaki programs, the entries should be made on the canvas you provided. They don't have to use the lineart, but the entries must be made in the oekaki program.

You should read the competition board rules. there located at the top of the competition board. They can help you figure out what you can and can't do here.
