I would like to enter, but I don't have a way to use Oekaki. How could I design something for you using my drawing program, but you not forget about my entry? ^^;

I would really like to enter, but I have a question.
You have a rule saying that you will keep all entries that place, but I'm a designer that gets attached to their designs rather easily, so I was wondering if I could keep my entries unless I win the grand prize (because I don't want/need the other prizes)? Chances are there would be some that I would be willing to give up regardless of their place, and if you don't want to do this I understand, but I would really like that option.

Oh well yes, if you do not accept the prize, you are (by CS rules too I think) entitled to keep your entry c':
That rule stands to say that if you come let's say 3rd, and I give you your prize and you accept, and then later you say you're keeping your entry etc. Then by my standards that's not allowed. But many people chose to say ''No, I don't want the prize, I'd rather keep my entry'' and that's alright (heartbreaking, but alright)~
And I really do hope you enter aah, and possibly let me hog some entries too lmao <3
