question, how do you get the base to color it in? Im new at stuff like this, but i want to give it a shot. Do i save the pictue all the way at the top and paste in in Paint or Photoshop? or do i do something else?

Just click color in, then click on the coloring layers of the drawing to color. Click lock alpha to color in the lines.
