Underneath the pic on the front page that says 'charrie comp by cookie', and the entries, there should be a button saying 'colour me in' click that, design the character and when you are done save it, it should have 3 buttons after you saved it - 'yes, post it now', 'no, keep drawing' or 'no, Ill finish later'. click 'yes, post it now' when you are done, if you are not done write WIP (work in progress) on your entry and edit it later.

If you are hand-drawing it, or using another program, Pm it to me
