If you would tell me who, if they did, then I will look at them both and see if there is enough similarities. If there is, they will be disqualified and the design will automatically belong to me, the the person who got copied off of's permissiob

I don't really think there are enough similarities, but there are some.
The diamond, for example. And the colors.

To me that's enough. Even the base color is similar. Because the main color and markings are what really make a difference to me, and they had the swirls on the ear and tail as well, I disqualified them. Thank you for pointing it out
