make sure you have a prize pool for prizes for all entries even if it's small. otherwise if someone doesn't place 1st, 2nd, or 3rd and you use their design anyway--that's free art. and that's not very fair c:

If I still use someones that wasnt picked for the first 3, I'll let them pick 2-3 Uncommons or something from me trades.
