Are there any qualities you have that would be good for this adopt?: i'm well-versed on everything horses since i've been interested ever since a young age, have knowledge on genetics, and have lots of experience as i work at a professional horse barn nearly every day.

Yes I am currently an artist at Thoroughbloods, Phaethon's Tekes and Ancient Irish War Ponies and once breedings are available, I have been offered a breeding artist position at Timber Hill Pastures

I am dedicated and I will put in the time and effort. I am easy to get along with and I aim to please everyone- I'm willing to work for the community not for my own goals ;D I know about many different genes and coats and I love to play around combining them so I never run of out new ideas for adopts!

Ok one thing you should probably know is that I lead a hectic life, I have a holiday house with no wifi so for weeks at a time I may not be able to post any adopts. I can usually make up for it when I am back with internet access. I do have commitments to other adopts so I will be spreading myself thin at some times - if this is a problem I suggest you go ahead and hire someone else, because I'd hate to dissapoint Dx
Also I love to do breedings if that would be an option in the future, genes are my favourite c:

Are there any qualities you have that would be good for this adopt?: I try my best at whatever adopt I put out, no matter what. If I'm not happy with it then I'm going to do everything I can to fix it until it's just right
Tell me a little about you, or stuff you want me to know: I'm friendly and love making adopts for people to try out for and am always happy to surprise hard workers with a gift to show them appreciation. I am going through a crazy work schedule right now but love being online whenever I have free time

Do you have any experience with adopts?: Yes, I do. I am currently an artist at Bear Run where I originally started out as Breeding Artist but later was promoted to full artist. I have been an artist at several other adopts as well that should be found when browsing my gallery.
Are there any qualities you have that would be good for this adopt?: I am very organized and like when things are clear and not confusing. When I explain events etc. I like to make detailed, neat posts to make sure there's no confusion about it and that the info is easy to understand. I am also very kind in general and like to help and explain things in the communities but I'm also not afraid to step in as staff if things get messy. Like you will find out in the section below I also have experience with horses or animals in general in real life and I also love genetics.
Tell me a little about you, or stuff you want me to know: I'm a female with a passion for animals. When I'm writing this there's 2 days left until my graduation and after that I'm officially an educated animal keeper. This means I've had several courses with essays, tests and practical work with animals and therefore like to think I have some good knowledge on that subject, especially since I also have fairly high grades. I've also done horseback riding lessons for about 8 years and I ride every Saturday or Sunday, so I'm an experienced rider and horselover.

Do you have any experience with adopts?: yes I have worked for a few adopts.
Are there any qualities you have that would be good for this adopt?: I love working with equines and have a pretty okay understanding of equine genetics. I am also really friendly which I think is always good.
Tell me a little about you, or stuff you want me to know: I do have two part time jobs, and go to uni but I still have time to put out at least 2 adopts a week. For the next couple of months I can put out a couple more than that a week.

Do you have any experience with adopts?: Yes, I've been an artist for various adopts on CS, but the only natural and equine ones have been Bear Run, where I've been an artist for over a year now.
Are there any qualities you have that would be good for this adopt?: I'm not one to blow my own whistle, but I'm quite relaxed and I think I'm fair to everyone. I try to make adopts for a variety of owners and non-owners, keeping in mind the complexity or type of adoption form so that everyone can find something they excel at. I heavily favour natural designs over complex ones, so you wouldn't have to worry about my designs getting over the top.
Tell me a little about you, or stuff you want me to know: Although I'm not as active in my current adopt community (Bear Run) as I could be, I'm always checking in and reading what everyone has to say in the Fanclub. I tend to stay out of drama or big events, and in that regard I could be called 'too relaxed', but I don't think it's a bad thing. A negative about me a an artist would probably be how I often forget or put-off judging some adopts, so they end up judged later than expected. I get caught up in loving too many people's forms and can't decide who to make the winner!
Outside examples(opt): Almost all of my CS Gallery is made of BR Tolter adopts, so you'll find plenty of good examples there c:

Just wanted to post an update for everyone. Since I'm working on planning a Kickstart event for these guys, within the next few days I will be contacting some people I feel I could hire without seeing more, and who I feel would be able to help me get these guys up and running. Note that even after that round of accepting I will move on to select more artists as well as guest artist positions after the main event has started.
