I've read EVERYTHING...

I believe the idea is you color the egg -however you'd like the Parra to look or be inspired by- color the color pallet in as well so that the artist may have use those colors as well. After that you hope to be picked by an artist so they will create the Parra for you^^

Correct: you can color in the egg, submit it, and hope for the best! And if you think that you want to change your egg, go back and edit it, but no making a new one~ If an artist likes your egg, then they can make an official Parra on the Alpha!

I messed up and while editing my egg hit color me in, is it ok that I colored over the old one as the cover page from the new one? If not, I think I might be able to redraw it. Mine is the portal based one

You're going to have to delete one because you now have two different eggs based off of your forms. Plus I'm not encouraging artists to do fandom based ones. They can if they REALLY want to, but I will be ignoring them personally.
