Can't PM.... COPPA'd. Sorry. COPPA users can't PM or use Forums. We can only type to others in Oekaki. It's for safety reasons because COPPA's are users who are under the age of 13. Though I'm almost out of COPPA'hood I still can't PM you but I don't want this contest to get locked.

According to the Edited Oekaki Rules for Contest Holders:

You must provide at least one of the following which needs to be used in all entries:

A lineart (or part of a lineart for contestants to complete).
A proper background which features scenery and/or items (Colour-fills and gradients are not considered to be proper background).

And according to Fiery Gatoh in this (viewtopic.php?f=37&t=1510873&start=40) contest

Although there is nothing to be done for the current entries, please edit your first post to comply with competition rules (that the background provided must be used in all entries).

Your rules state:

6.) You don't have to use the background I made.

This contradicts the Oekaki Rules and this contest could get locked if it is not changed. All you have to do is change it to "You have to use the background I made."

Sorry, I don't want this contest to get locked before I get a chance to enter! I'm not trying to be mean!

I just feel bad having to announce it here because I can't PM you. I don't like mini-modding but it can save a contest like this one. My entry is doing good so far. Do mind if I might use the newer Oekaki and turn it sideways? It would fit the page better.
