Yup! Artists/shop runners/Archivists. You can apply for more than one job. Plus, if I choose you as a Shop Runner, and you've also applied to be an artist and I approve of your work, then you can be a Shop Runner/Artist. As Shop Runner/Artist, you'd be allowed to create pre-mades and form them as necessary, but only the main artist would be allowed to handle customs and receive payment for them. :3

Susie, I wrote on the front page(Which you were supposed to read all the way through) that you would only get an assignment if you filled out an artist application as well. Those who fill out a shop runner application and not an artist application will not be even be participating in pre-mades. Therefore there is no reason to give them an assignment.
