Can I ask how this is going to be judged?
Will it be mostly on the content of the design, the concept of the character, or a little bit of both; therefore if your design is great but your character is lacking you have similar chances of winning against someone with a simpler design and superb character concept? I'm just really curious what judges might be looking for.

I have a question. ^^;
I recently got a new tablet, however it's not compatible with the Oekaki here on CS so would I be allowed to use a "Picture down below" kind of page for my entries? Otherwise I won't really be able to enter seeing as I am complete garbage with my mouse. >.<

both will be counted. though designs will have to be attractive enough to measure up against the other entries, character does play a part in judging. simple designs and ones without edits also have a good chance of winning, as long as we feel they're complete and the character is developed enough to support the entry.

you may have someone transfer your design to oekaki as long as you get the original approved by staff first. we don't allow designs to be entered outside of oekaki, sorry ^^

if we don't win, and we want to buy our kiamaras, is there only a limited time for us to buy them? if so, can we ask for a little more time if we need to earn the money? i know i don't have immediate access to 30-50 dollars right now, and probably others don't as well. :"D

oh, and do glowing eyes count as a power? or blowing bubbles? i'm guessing the bubbles count, but i wanted to make sure ;v;
