Posting on behalf of Tundra, (sitting next to me) she is going to be doing more judging today on her laptop. Our computer screen is not bright enough to fairly judge. She says she is trying to be done by today if not tomorrow.

*sleepy faced* I seriously just sat down and finished all the judging, now i have to average them out and determine the winner. So all judges hurry up and get your scores in! I need them ASAP

Note, if your name dose not appear on my list, that means you either withdrew or were completely disqualified enough to where I didn't feel I should judge yours or give you any tips. There were very few I did this with, mostly ones that lacked anything correct. There are also on my list scores for incomplete entries and how to improve. I found while judging i had some specific things i looked for. The list will be posted sometime this week, after I have all the judges scores. It will be in the 2nd post on the thread. The winners posted in the main post at the top.

Details on what I was looking for:

For Image:

Detail(Did it have detail, such as unique items or complex markings?)
Time(Longer the time, usually the more effort was put in was a common thing.)
Accessories(Lack of was a negative)
Following of Races Template(There were a few that didn't)
If a pre-made brush was used(This was negative on your score)
Followed my Rules (Some didn't like lack of use of the paw up in the upper left corner for color.)

For the Personality:

I wanted to be able to feel the characters personality.
I wanted to be able to see them act the way that was described
I also was looking for how they reacted in different situations(This was not a negative if you did not have it)

For Story:

I seriously mostly looked for description. Description lead to a set scene which lead me to being able to understand the situation of the Isnaroh better
Another thing I looked for is if the story stayed with the Isnaroh in question, or wandered off to battles that didn't involve the Isnaroh. Or even the story describing the parents more then the pup.
I found that a lot of people focused on one event, I dont want this. I was looking for stories that spanned the whole life of the Isnaroh up until now, and maybe even some the described the future(Usually used for trainees)

So now I know next contest, I will have another section called History, which focuses on the past. The story section is a post for more recent events. Though note, I will always keep an eye out for description.

NOTE: the next contest will only last three weeks, and probably will be sometime in December during winter break, but you can indeed work on the story and personality now. Since the contest will indeed have the same requirements.

(My winter break is LONG, but not sure how long yet. I will try and make it happen when everyone is out of school for the break.)
