Heyo! I'm thinking of making some base lines for an oc, but if any one here has good shading and colouring skills on computer please help.

Technicaly the character does not belong to me, I have a how to draw dragons book (How to Draw Fantastic Dragons and Fantasy Creatures by J "NeonDragon" Peffer) and this was one of the dragons I drew from it.
I would've done oekaki if the oekaki worked but sadly it doesn't, I can't do anything with the layers or brush size or color
