Technicaly the character does not belong to me, I have a how to draw dragons book (How to Draw Fantastic Dragons and Fantasy Creatures by J "NeonDragon" Peffer) and this was one of the dragons I drew from it.

I would've done oekaki if the oekaki worked but sadly it doesn't, I can't do anything with the layers or brush size or color
