No you cannot have someone color it for you. It would be highly unfair for everyone else. I'm thinking about how I can make the PSD file and not have to worry about people getting other artists to color it in for them. Possibly requiring you to write on it somewhere.

Made the oekaki a little bit more friendly for mouse artists, lower level artists, and such~ =w=
(Changed the shading to black and white with overlay, along with dimming it down a little so it should work with all designs. Also changed LA to black)

I've read EVERYTHING...
I believe the idea is you color the egg -however you'd like the Parra to look or be inspired by- color the color pallet in as well so that the artist may have use those colors as well. After that you hope to be picked by an artist so they will create the Parra for you^^
