Okay, so first you goto the color in, and you write the banner on top of it that states you're having a contest. Then you save the Oekaki, and once it's done saving click "No, I'll finish Later".
After doing that, goto the competitons, and click the thingy under the entries that says; "NewDrawing"
Then, once you get to chibipaint, scroll down untill you find the saved drawing for your competiton, click on it. A popup will appear that says "This Drawing has not been saved yet. "Are you sure you want to leave this page?" Click yes.
Now, once your contest banner has loaded, click "Save Oekaki". Then click "Yes, post it now" (I think, it should be something similar)
Then after you fill out the details for the contest, you shall see it in the competitons page. c:
