Rodai came from a small tribe in Uganda long ago. He was created by a scientist. This was not the normal evil genius, just a regular nancy(nurse) who was in Africa on a trip to help the tribe of rain and learn their culture. He had been working on this cell project and when he found a rabbit dying he gave the animal his potion and it turned into Rodai.
Powers:
Rodai can create anything from horns, teeth, ivory, tusks, etc. Also he has the ability to live longer then anything known demand.
