Ok I kind of changed the lines a bit sorry 'bout that if you didn't want me to... I got rid of his webbed spines and added jewels to make him a Jewel-hearted Dragon (my own species).
This is Techtris. I don't know who he is or what he is for, he's just a dragon I made up. His element is Lightning. He has an evil brother, Terratro, that I'm going to draw as a colored-version of this fella here.
