Little Story (don't have to) ~ "bye mom and dad!" maple barked over her shoulder as she left the den. "bye!"her parents howled back. "finally, im out of that place!" maple growled. she was finally on her own, and Maple was glad about it. she was tired of her parents babying her. as she padded on, Maple began to think about her power, as she always did. What was her power? why didn't my parents ever tell me? Maple thought. around noon, Maple was far into the forest, but she sun had begun to scorch her back. Maple veered off the path and into the shade of the trees. sitting down, Maple glanced around. there wasn't any water in sight and she was very thirsty. then she spotted some flowers shriveling in the sunlight. " those flowers will die without the help of an earth wolf!" Maple whined. then she felt something. it seemed familiar to Maple. She never realized how comfortable she felt around trees, grass flowers, and lots of other plants. maybe thats who she was: an earth wolf. Maple focused of the flowers then tried to make some grass.sure enough, grass sprouted around the flower. "i am an earth wolf! maple murmered.
