male cat in the back is called scarredheart he got his injury as a kit much like cindercloud. He was in the nursery when the camp caught fire resulting in him becoming blind in one eye.

cindercloud is the female cat her scars came from when she was chased out as a kit for reasons unknown to her causing her to resent all of shadowclan for breaking he warrior code, this resentment would later cause her to attack her half brother tallfeather who would sneak into thunderclan territory just to make sure she stayed safe.
