Today was a pretty bad day for me. I blew off my best friend because i couldn’t stoly crying, i had panic attacks all day. I think its really important to take breaks from tough conversations to just breathe. So reminder to me and everyone else, its ok to take a break dont give up. every thing will work out in the end.
