Well, it can depend on what you want to draw, but feel free to ask me any specific questions you have!

References are always the best place to start!! (I needed a heap for the rubber chicken, heh.) Then sketch-sketch-sketch away~ I usually do a very rough shape sketch first, then a refining sketch over the top of that, then line. A handy trick if you're doing a circle on Oekaki is to make the brush the size you want the object to be, click once where you want it, then use the eraser tool at a size 3-5 pixels smaller right in the middle of that to get your outline!

Also, to get those crisp pixels for your lineart, you need to be using the pencil tool set to round pixelated.
