About the Woolly Bun.
This species of rabbit is generally found in remote arctic tundras living off of the scarce vegetation. This species has only been studied for a short while now by humans and have shown no fear in approaching or engaging with them.
The Woolly Buns wool is soft and dense to keep them warm on the tundra. Even during the worst storms and hardest measured winds, this resilient rabbit has been seen scavenging the roots of the scarce brush.
A mating pair has been brought back to study in a controlled environment and have made a shocking display of intelligence, bravery, and loyalty. The kits that they have seem to have changed with the change in environment though. So, instead of the generic white, black, and gray/silver colors of their natural brothers and sisters, these have displayed some wild genetic colors. There are still few bred in the lab that come out natural, but so far their wool has shown a beautiful display of vibrant colors while their base coat stays a naturalish color.
